02 — Nutrition
An optional add-on to your training subscription. Your trainer puts together a personalised nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and what you're working towards.
03 — Online
Train with your TrainTrap coach from anywhere. They build your programme, update it as you progress, and stay in contact to keep you on track — no studio visit required.
04 — EMS
Electrical muscle stimulation training. A 20-minute guided session that activates up to 90% of your muscle fibres simultaneously — delivering the effect of hours of conventional training in a fraction of the time.
05 — Athletes
Structured performance programmes for competitive athletes. Sport-specific conditioning, strength and power work, and ongoing progress tracking — built around your discipline and competition schedule.
